Terms of Service

1. Overview

HG42 is operated by Atlantic Zone (Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

HG42 provides private AI agent deployment for business teams, powered by the OpenClaw platform. Our services include agent provisioning, configuration, and integration with third-party tools such as Google Workspace.

2. Service description

HG42 deploys AI agents that can, upon your authorization:

• Access and manage your email (Gmail)
• Manage your calendar (Google Calendar)
• Browse and manage files (Google Drive)
• Read and write spreadsheets and documents (Google Sheets, Google Docs)
• Access your contacts (Google Contacts)
• Communicate on your behalf via messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord)

Your agent acts only on your instructions and within the permissions you grant.

3. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for the instructions you give to your agent
• You must not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and credentials
• You must have the authority to grant access to the accounts you connect

4. Google Workspace integration

When you connect your Google account to your agent:

• You authorize the HG42 application to access your Google data on your behalf
• You can revoke this access at any time via Google Account Settings
• We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

5. Data and privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• OAuth tokens are stored locally on your agent's infrastructure
• We follow GDPR principles and data minimization

6. Availability and limitations

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• AI agents may produce errors or unexpected results — always review important actions
• We are not liable for actions taken by your agent based on your instructions
• Service may be subject to third-party API rate limits and quotas (Google, messaging platforms)

7. Intellectual property

The HG42 platform, branding, and documentation are the property of Atlantic Zone. Your data remains your property at all times.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. To fully disconnect:

• Revoke Google access via Google Account Settings
• Request data deletion by contacting echo@atlantic.zone

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
